1. The Service

Bharat Trails publishes guides to places, restaurants, rentals, activities, services and events in India. It is provided for general information and planning. We may change, add or remove content, or stop the Service, at any time.

2. Accuracy and No Professional Advice

We work to keep the guide useful and current, but details such as prices, opening hours, dates, availability, routes and contact numbers change often and may be wrong or out of date. Confirm anything important directly with the operator before you rely on it or pay for it.

Nothing in the guide is legal, medical, financial, safety or travel-advisory advice. Check official sources for visa rules, health guidance, weather and safety conditions.

3. Listings and Third-Party Operators

Restaurants, rental businesses, activity providers and service providers shown in the guide are independent businesses. We do not operate them, take bookings or payments for them, or guarantee their quality, safety, licences or insurance. Any booking, purchase or arrangement is solely between you and the operator, and you take part in activities and use rentals at your own risk.

Events listed in the guide are organised by others. Dates and details may change or events may be cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others.
• Copy the Service's content in bulk, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its hosting.
• Use the contact details in the guide to send spam or harass anyone.

5. Intellectual Property

The guide's text, design, structure and brand are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. Many photos come from Unsplash and remain subject to the Unsplash licence and their photographers' rights; other names and marks belong to their owners. You may view the Service and link to it for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service links to third-party sites and apps (for example maps, WhatsApp and operators' own contact channels). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

7. Features That Store Data on Your Device

Saved items, recently viewed pages, your selected location and similar conveniences are kept in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not backed up, may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices, and are used at your own convenience.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or free of errors. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting or connectivity problems, or events beyond our control.

Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nil. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
