This Privacy Policy explains what information Bharat Trails ("Service"), a free online travel guide operated by CheckMeeIn ("Company", "we", "us"), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. In short: you do not need an account, we do not ask you for personal details, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
The guide has no sign-up, login, comment or contact form. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any identity document, and we do not receive anything you type into the search box (search runs in your browser).
1.2 Information collected automatically
Like any website, the servers that host this site (our hosting provider) automatically record basic request details in server logs: your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, the browser and device type, and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.
1.3 Information stored on your device
To make the guide convenient, the site keeps a few small items in your browser's storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

4. Third-Party Services
The guide links to or loads content from the services below. When your browser contacts them, they receive technical details such as your IP address, and what they do with it is governed by their own privacy policies.

Contact details for activity, rental, restaurant and service operators are shown so you can reach them directly. Anything you share with an operator is between you and them.

- You can delete everything the site stores on your device at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
- Recently viewed and saved items can also be removed from within the site.
- Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights over personal data we hold about you, such as access, correction or deletion. Because we hold very little, most requests will concern server logs or emails you sent us.
To make a request, email support@checkmeeinhq.com. We may need to verify who you are before acting on it, and we may decline requests that are not required by law.
7. Children
The guide is a general-audience travel resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Transfers
The third-party services in section 4 may process your data on servers outside your country, including outside India. We rely on their security practices and commitments for those transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
